176- not bad for the lack of exercise Thursday.
Taught Body Works, then did a mile on the treadmill, .5 running over 5mph.
hurt, but not too bad.

176- glad to not go the wrong direction,
Busy chore and work day. No regular exercise. Charlie was home on furlough and wanted to "get things done". Hope I didn't undo the good from the week with the pasta dinner. We shall see...
