15 OCT- 18 OCT Tuesday through Friday

15 OCT - Tuesday
175. Worked, managed animals until time to get Bailey. Ball lunges in all directions, 25 each side/ set. Push ups.

16 OCT- Wednesday
175.
Zunba class, 5 miles on elliptical, 1.5 miles on treadmill, .75 at 5.4.

17 OCT-Thursday
174- worked eight at Pima, only real exercise writing choreography for step, managed animals.

18 OCT- Friday
173
Taught Body Works, 1.75 on treadmill, 1 mile at 5.4mph.

10-14 OCT

Well, I have been sick, so will try to get this all caught up...
Having been sick also means that workouts aren't nearly as hard, running has suffered too. I thought it was just allergies initially,

10 OCT Thursday
177-
holding on, but finally realizing I was actually sick, so I didn't work out, just worked and managed the animals. Realized I was definitely sick that night.

11 OCT Friday
178- rather to be expected when not working out, even though I really didnt eat anything. Taught body works, would have done cardio, but felt rotten so went home to bed for a few hours. Cleaned Glory's pen, managed animals.

12 OCT Saturday
177- considering how little I am eating, oh, well.
Taught Step and Body Works. Couldn't even get water down, taught with diet pepsi sitting on the stereo- pretty sad. Other than checking on Glory, all I did was cut out fabric and manage animals, cleaned Brahma pen.

13 OCT- Sunday
got up at 5, Checked Glory, went back to sleep until after 10.
175.
Sewed pieces together, worked on cleaning a bit, No workout, just no energy, but finally starting to get head to clear.

14 OCT- Monday

Taught step, finally got some water down. Worried about Glory and schedule, so went home. Cleaned kitchen, baked for 4H. Attended 4H, worked on sewing project, ate lots of eggs after evening chores.

177- getting a little better...but so far to go

Not much time for exercise. The allergies were bad, and I rushed from teaching, to meeting with the lead faculty, to racing up to pick up the feed order that was a day delayed, then worked with Bailey to unload and prep feed, and reload the car with everything for the market. I unloaded and watered while serving dinner. But that doesn't qualify as exercise! Tomorrow might not be down again...

178- as I suspected. Felt rotten, the allergies were really bad.

Took Bailey to class, and kept feeling worse, but after running errands and visiting with Auntie and the crew leaving on their hunt, I did get t the gym for 5 miles on the elliptical. Would have liked to run, and my feet barely hurt at all once I got moving today, but the allergies were brutal. We will see how it shakes out on the scale in the morning...

OUCH! I knew I didn't exercise yesterday, but that was painful. I do feel all the pain and swelling though that comes when the hormones go crazy, hope to remember my nighttime progesterone!
Lots of outside chores, hauling water and dirt, got the planter going. Other than that, all I did was clean house and wander the market after church with the kids!

Better than yesterday, thankful since no true scheduled exercise yesterday.
Despite walking into the stereo at work this morning (I know, I know...) I did teach a class with a great bunch of steppers and got on the treadmill after for 1.3 miles, .65 running. I learned that 5.3 doesn't aggravate the hamstring, but 5.5 does. Going really slow with the distance, but feet aren't too bad, and I can walk .Trying to take it one day at a time.

176- glad to not go the wrong direction,
Busy chore and work day. No regular exercise. Charlie was home on furlough and wanted to "get things done". Hope I didn't undo the good from the week with the pasta dinner. We shall see...

1 OCT 2013- Tuesday

Taught at Pima, had intended to stay late for cardio then get home in time to feed animals and load up for farmers market. Instead, ended up dealing with a work issue and barely checked scoolwork progress for the kids before loading up for the market.

2 OCT 2013- Wednesday
178- since no workout Tuesday, sort of expected
Got Bailey to class early so I could go teach body works (strength training). Wanted to run but in too much pain, so 2.5 miles on elliptical then back to get Bailey and feed and head home. Chores much of afternoon, and planning due to government shutdown.

3 OCT 2013- Thursday
178- hoped for better
worked a long shift, only did 100 BOSU squats. In so much pain had to lie down, couldn't stand up to finish pies until 3am.
