Woke up at 177 again. Not bad considering the lack of a workout yesterday. But bad in general.
I taught Body Works(total body strength training) this morning, a really good class, great folks, but it wasn't cardio. Bailey and I had a lot to get done, and I was hoping to try running, so I only did two miles on the treadmill, .5 of it running. The hamstring hurt, but loosened up as soon as I walked again. The plantar fasciitis left pain, but lots of driving could just as well have been the cause, not to mention all that BOSU yesterday.
Got to get up early tomorrow and squeeze in intervals because the day is a bit TOO booked!
